【90 Days Challenge】- record
Week3: 2018/03/10~03/16
Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

成功的路上從來就不是順遂,在認清之後更重要的是“克服"!
訓練菜單必須依據身體狀況適時變動,
也因為學習到關於活動度的重要!
為了斯巴達開始加入心肺有氧,為了活動度加入伸展,
13km不長,但以剛退伍的體能可能完成3km都有難度何況得加上關卡!
印象中除了體育老師要求的收操,從來沒自主放鬆伸展!
人家在按摩球上滾來滾去,我光壓在上面...就痛到懷疑人生!
但不斷告訴自己,這是成長的代價!
The pressure continued to accumulate in my mind.
My spine disorder got well by unpredictable speed.
Thus, enhanced the trust to professional fitness knowledge.
Around the moment, I just felt much deep lonely.
But, can't quit no matter what was happening told to myself like this.
